Rinse My Music Review – Rinse iTunes User Report

When it comes to computer programs, there’s not much more frustrating than having to shell out money to try something only to realize that it either wasn’t worth the money or didn’t function the way that it was meant to. Of course, I love music and listen to a great deal of it every day.

My iTunes library is chock full of countless songs, more than ten thousand, to be precise, and I realized a while ago that it was beginning to become quite a challenge to find songs that I actually wanted to listen to at any given time.

I found myself skipping song after song after song just to get to the one that was more fitting to the mood that I was in. So I set out to find a program that could clean up my iTunes library in a way that made sense. I read a Rinse My Music review and it was enough to make me want to try it, so I decided to write my own Rinse review.

Price

The first thing that I notice these days about any product is the price. I’m not one to go out looking for the cheapest product on the market because I’ve come to realize that you truly do get what you pay for. Most of the time. So when I heard about Rinse My Music, I figured it wasn’t going to do half of what it promised because the price was very reasonable. In fact, of all of the other programs out there, Rinse iTunes had almost all of the beat.

Promises

Rinse iTunes also boasted a lot of benefits of using it to help me clean my iTunes library up. Some of those benefits were that it would

• Find and remove duplicate files
• Correct title and artist information for every song
• Fill in incomplete info including artist and genre
• Organize my music in preferred genres

Now, call me skeptical, but I wasn’t expecting much from this program for the price, but I figured if it could fill in some of the missing info, that would be worth the investment.

Results

Call me amazed. Rinse my music did exactly what it promised and more. I couldn’t believe what I saw when the program finished working through my vast music library. The titles were accurate and even misspellings were adjusted, the albums were organized, and even the album art work was added to most of the songs, when they were available, I guess.

I couldn’t believe what had happened with my iTunes library. I mean, it was a remarkable turnaround from this disorganized clutter that it had been before. I went back online to see if there was any way I could pay more for this program because it was worth every penny and then some. I calculated that if I had tried to do that job myself, it would have taken my more than 40 hours. That’s an entire week’s worth of work.

Yeah, you could say that I was thoroughly impressed with Rinse My Music. You will be too!

Say Goodbye to your Duplicate iTunes Songs!!

How To Get iTunes Album Art

When you want to get iTunes album art for the songs in your impressive library, there are a few options you can choose to get them. If you have downloaded a number of your songs from file sharing sites that have been under attack from the music industry (for example, back when Napster was a free system and millions of people were downloading anything and everything for free), you may not wish to expose your library to the iTunes main website.

While Apple claims that it doesn’t store any information on your library, whenever you open the connection to your library, you are basically waving all of the songs that you downloaded for free, which have no certificate, to those that may be watching. However, getting the artwork for those albums is still relatively simple, at least when the artist and song title are listed properly.

• Open your iTunes program
• Click on the Advanced drop down menu
• Select ‘Get Album Artwork’
• A pop up window will ask you if you’re sure you want to get all the album artwork
• Click ‘Get album artwork’
• iTunes will run through all of the songs in this playlist and try to acquire the album artwork that yours needs.

Spotty Results

While this process is simple, the results are often spotty, at best. More often than not, if you didn’t purchase your songs from iTunes directly, then if the titles of the songs, the artist name, or album info is either missing or inaccurate, then iTunes will not be able to find the appropriate album art for them.

Alternatives Abound

If you want to get iTunes album art, but you’re a bit wary of exposing yourself to any intrusion into your personal music library, there are alternatives. ArtworkforiTunes.com is one of the best alternatives to gathering all of the album art work that you’re missing from your impressive collection.

Than you have Rinse my music which is one of the best programs on the market for not only cleaning up your iTunes collection, but for also correcting information. Common information that is found to be wrong in many iTunes libraries include:

• Wrong song titles
• Misspelled titles
• Missing artist info
• Misspelled artist info
• Incorrect artist info
• Missing album info
• And much more

Take Full Control of iTunes

With Rinse for iTunes, you can take full control of your iTunes library, get into tip top shape, and get all of the album art work for every song you have (as long as the art work was made publicly available. Some independent artists don’t supply art work because of the shear expense).

Many of us don’t think much about the art work that comes with the songs we download, regardless of where you download it. Yet when you play back these songs on an iPod or other mp3 player, the art work can make all the difference in not only your enjoyment, but also give you a quick reference to the artist, album, and song title in a more aesthetically pleasing way.

Duplicate iTunes Songs

If your music library is filled with duplicate iTunes songs and you are unable to find them? Rest assured you can now easily find them and have them deleted automatically.

Now, more than ever before, people are using iTunes as standard software for maintaining a music library. With the help of iTunes, one can keep hundreds – in fact thousands of songs in a way that is very easily manageable. Since, people store thousands of songs on their drives; it is natural for them to download a song more than once and store with a previous version of the same song. Things become disorganized and they end up having multiple copies of the same song on their drives.

Often the names of these songs are either different or misspelled which makes it impossible to track them down by using conventional methods. As the iTunes library grows, the population of these duplicate iTunes songs also grows with it until there is no more space to store new songs.

Coming across the same song again and again only adds to the frustration of the user. In such a case, certain programs can be used in order to deal with this issue. One such program is an id3 tag editor. It’s a very small program that not only deals with duplicate songs in iTunes your music library; it can also perform other functions that are very helpful in bringing your iTunes library up to date. Another one of its quality is that it is user friendly and thus very easy to use.

Some of the main features of an Id3 tag Editor are listed below:

It fixes any mistakes or misspellings in the name of the artist.

• If certain details of the song are missing, Id3 tag editor will provide them to you.

• Id3 tag editor automatically acquires the artwork of your songs and albums.

• And best of all: it will find and take care of the duplicate iTunes songs problem.

The performance of the Id3 tag editor is very impressive. You don’t need to type long commands in order to use it. It is very user friendly and everything happens with the click of a mouse.

Manually removing each and every iTunes songs is not as easy at it seems. First you need to locate these songs since their names will either be misspelled or, in some cases, even completely different. The deletion process is even more of a headache since it can only be carried out one by one.

Another such program that can help you take care of iTunes duplicates is called Rinse. This software is sure to keep your precious time from being wasted. It must be noted here that iTunes itself has a feature show duplicates. But this feature can only work if both the songs are spelled exactly alike.

However, the program tracks down and deletes these songs even if their spellings are different from each other. Apart from this, the software can also fix missing information about your song. It organizes all these songs in according to their genres. It also provides the missing MP3 Tag info.
